The first session after lunch will focus on content strategies and how to deliver and engage with Web 2.0 PR

Responding to the Conversation - Rob Stokes
Session 4 tackles the talking side of ORM. This includes, responding to blog and forum posts, comments and trackbacks, building a strategy to respond to an online brand attack, and how to implement that strategy.
