Junior Videographer & Dynamite
Zoe Emma Rose Cornell Wolter - or just plain Zoe - burst into the Cape Town QuirkStation in January 2012 joining the Create Team as a Junior Videographer. With life around cameras clearly written into her destiny (her brother, Tyrone acts in MNet’s soapie, The Wild soapie), Zoe initially dreamed of following in the footsteps of famed Afrikaans rock musician: James Philips.
After matriculating, Zoe studied Film and Media at UCT for 6 months until she realised that for her the best way to learn was by getting practical experience. Since then, Zoe has been working as an apprentice in the commercial film industry as well as taking various courses. The digital life was calling, however, and Zoe jumped at the chance to join the Quirk team (something she’s had her eye on for the past three years)! Inspired by the dynamic and socially conscious nature of Quirk, Zoe says she’s also particularly excited about the freely available digital marketing textbook created by the Quirk Education stars.
While this little pack of dynamite’s heart may be divided between her MacBook Pro, her iPad and her iPhone, the well-travelled Zoe also enjoys spending her free time with her two über cute snorters: Cadillac Pig and Shadow Pig.
