Being obsessed with Oprah and SEO we decided to explore Werner's roots. Our search took us far beyond the boerewors curtain... to a town between Johannesburg and Pretoria, called Centurian. It was then that the awful truth presented itself. Werner is a Vaalie! This strange breed of person from the Transvaal is often blessed with many talents. And so it is with Werner.
Werner studied B.Sc Information Technology at RAU in JHB. Afterwards, he spread his wings and wet his toes in a client service based position for an ISP and then an Online casino. Moving soon afterwards to the Marketing department, where he was introduced to the fabulous religion of SEO. Fell in love with a girl from the Cape (whom he met over the phone while working for the ISP). Decided to move to Cape Town and got the best job ever!!!
Werner is a Rugby, Cricket, Athletics, Womans Weight Lifting and Golf enthusiast. His favourite TV shows include the Simpsons, Boston Legal, Egoli and Oprah Winfrey. What does he do in his spare time? Well, when you're an Oprah fan, you don't have spare time...
His ideals for the future: 'To become a idol on the net so that I can meet my great childhood idol - The Roboz from that great 1980's tv show Rip Tide.'
But for now Werner's over the moon to be a QuirkStar.
