Business Director, UK & Dancing Queen
Sally Lane joined the London QuirkStation as a Business Director in June 2011. As a child, Sally always thought she would become a teacher. Fortunately for us, her burning desire for logic and creativity led her to complete a degree in Economics and Philosophy at Bristol University which acted as the springboard for her life online. After a brief stint in the Search team at Mindshare, Sally moved over to Display where she cut her teeth on the Unilever account. She has since worked on a variety of clients including ITV, First Direct and retail giant, Tesco.
Sally’s new laptop is her most prized possession and she adores spoiling herself with shopping sprees. Her friends describe her as “Jekyll and Hyde” because of her caring nature and sharp, whip-like tongue, but she considers herself kinda quirky (coincidence?).
Sally can’t live without Spotify or YouTube and has such a deep love for cupcakes and jewellery that she can’t even decide which to blog about. She would spend her ideal day off doing yoga, seeing a film and pairing her favourite red wine and cheeses. Do not challenge this one to a dance-off… You have been warned!
