Matt Swarts joined the Jozi QuirkStudling pen in June 2011. Once he finished school; Matt took a gap year and spent 6 months in Phuket working as a dive instructor before heading back to the City of Gold. After attending an open day at Vega, Matt was sold! He enrolled and completed his Brand Communication Management diploma and also plans on getting stuck into a Software Development course this year.
He’s a self-confessed opinionated car lover slash rock star… So his penchant for tattoos and piercings comes as no surprise! Matt “Black” chose a life online ‘cause of the randomly fantastic content and because of awesome sites like The Oatmeal.
He’d spend his ultimate day off chilling in bed, watching F1, updating his blog or browsing Smashing Magazine and Jalopnik. Proving he's not as hardcore as you'd think, Matt has admitted to a real soft spot for Frank the dog and his Granny. Oh, did we mention he loves cars?
