HR and Finance Coordinator & Heart of Gold
Mary Lamberti joined the Quirk Jozi in July 2011 as our HR and Finance Coordinator. Growing up, she hoped to follow in the footsteps of her uncle and become a millionaire (but alas, this was not to be!). After spending 15 years in Oz, she finally settled down in sunny South Africa where’s she’s made a happy home. Good choice, mate!
Mary’s ideally suited to her role in HR as she’s kind, caring, supportive and brings the wisdom of her own personal experiences to the QuirkStation. Her perfect day off would be spent perusing the beauty of an art gallery, topped off with a glass or two of a great Cabernet Sauvignon. Mary loves BMWs, cuddling with her two cats and getting stuck into Master Chef Australia.
Driving fast is her one guilty pleasure, but she’s no material girl, in fact – Mary confesses that there’s nothing she owns that she wouldn’t give away. Clearly a woman with a heart of gold; she also says that if she had the choice, she’d abolish all cruelty from the world – animals and humans alike.
