Senior PPC Campaign Manager & Goth

Leila studied programming at CTI after high school and started out in the online industry at incuBeta where Vinny Lingham had a different plan for her – life as a PPC campaign manager. Later on, Leila spent a year in Ireland, which is where she realised her passion for SEO and eMarketing above programming.

She’s currently a very busy girl – what with the exciting goings on at Quirk and the mini-goth she's cultivating in her tummy (we're calling he/she Bean for now). Leila describes herself as being "a bit loud and sweary" sometimes – The Stars at the Cape Town QuirkStation have yet to see this side of her, but we have already experienced her contagious laugh and love for smelling freshly washed hair (don’t ask;)). She may be a Goth – but we’ve been instructed not to ask what a Goth is – so we’ll just have to wait and see.

A keen walker, but also a ‘victim’ of pedestrian rage, Leila's ideal Saturday includes moss, trees, rocks, a stream and a bottle of Polish vodka called ‘Żubrówka’ - but day to day, Leila cannot survive without the following online resources: Gmail, Peas on Toast, Deviant Art, Twitter and her steady supply of eMarketing newsletters.
