Lachlan can only be pushed so far. His Gaelic name denotes possible Viking ancestry so we at Quirk will have to tread lightly.
Most of his career has been spent in the telecoms market, where he sold software based solutions to telecoms operators. Lachlan decided to take a career break a couple of years ago, and spent a year travelling the world. Whilst in Indonesia he saw an opportunity to start his own business, importing and selling Indonesian art to the UK. However, this venture lacked the pace and excitement an intrepid adventurer needed, so plans were made to enter the cutting-edge world of eMarketing.
Lachlan believes it's his absolute right to have a kick-ass time! You will find him snowboarding on the French Alps and North America, or diving in Australia, Thailand Indonesia and the Red Sea, another of his favourite spots.
Being British Lachlan doesn't like to blow his own trumpet, so we'll blow it for him. His gregarious nature is obvious in his ability to make friends wherever he lands up (and that's a lot of places). Even in the dark period of the .com bubble burst, when in the telecoms arena, salesman were struggling to meet their quota, he came up tops hitting his targets every time. We think he has the making of an eMarketing mogul and one day will give media magnet Lachlan Murdock a run for his money.
His greatest extravagance to date was travelling the world, taking the 5 star route and spending all the cash he had saved from his entire career up to that point – was it worth it? Absolutely!!!
