Kelvin Andrews joined the Cape Town QuirkStation in Movember November 2010, adding to our talented troupe of techies as a Software Engineer. After finishing school, Kelvin bumped into a lecturer from UWC and 2 weeks later, was enrolled! His curiosity led him on to complete his Honours in Computer Science.
He was attracted to a life online ‘cause of the untapped potential and wealth of info and interests just waiting to be discovered. His mates would describe his assharp, sarcastic and cautious and Kelvin can’t live without www.wired.com, www.dailytech.com and of course, our fond friend, Google.
He’s the proud owner of a black Labrador and 2 hyperactive pavement specials, as well as computer hardware worth a small fortune. Kelvin also likes the shiny colour silver and watching South American boxing. He’d spend his ideal day off with an early morning breakkie, a road trip to somewhere beautiful with his camera and friends. He has a very special place in his heart for coffee and watching Modern Family, but firmly dislikes Talk Radio DJs. It’s good to have you here, Kelvin!
