Katherine Stott

Katherine Stott joined the Jozi Create Team as a Middleweight Copywriter in January 2011. Originally intending to start a career in desktop publishing, Katherine soon realised that her passion lay in the health, wellness and fitness industry. She went on to study Exercise Science, Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga and numerous other disciplines. Somewhere along the way, she began working as a freelance Copywriter. Her need to be an incessant communicator soon pushed her into full-time life online. 

Kat (aka Katie Cuddles) has also spent time living in San Francisco and London and her undying quest for optimal living has led to some rather painful injuries…  “Yoga Bum”? We’re not even going to go there.

In her free time Katherine lives out her childhood dream of being a singer (teaming up with her husband on instrumentals), wakeboarding, spending time with her kidlets and updating her blog, The Physical Evolution. This energetic vegetarian would start her perfect day with a surf, followed by breakfast and a hike, a stint on the beach and end it off with a DVD. If she could change anything in the world it would be for people to become more conscious about nature and realise that we are all directly connected to the trees, the oceans and the animals. Katherine brings her Yoga fanaticism, health aware lifestyle and active Eco-Warrior ways to the Quirk dynamic, hoping to influence others in these areas. We hope so too.
