When Heidi (aka Snowgoose) was a little girl she looked up to MacGyver and wanted to be palaeontologist or an anaesthetist, but when it came to the crunch she started her extensive tertiary education with Graphic Design as it was significantly easier to spell.
After “ruining the reputation of various primary and high schools”, Heidi studied Graphic Design & Multimedia, went on to attain her Cape Wine Academy Diploma, honed her HTML & CSS skills, mastered the art of Web Project Management and User Interface Design & User Experience Design and finally finished off with a Programme in Marketing Management.
The Gauteng-born springleap fan is one of the experienced Account Managers at the Johannesburg QuirkStation and brings “a dose of insanity with a healthy dollop of passion and a pinch of corporate experience” to the mix.
Did we mention Heidi loves Twitter? In fact, she refers to herself as “the only goose that tweets”. An ideal day off for the avid micro-blogger would consist of breakfast in the Natal Midlands, lunch in Paternoster and dinner at her Gran’s house.
Another quirky animal lover, Heidi has two cats, a bearded dragon and a veiled chameleon. But no clowns… they freak her out!
