Junior Designer & Turbo Dust
Dustin Michael Ryan joined Quirk Cape Town as a Junior Designer in July 2011. Turbo Dust (as he’s known around the QuirkStation) embarked on a gap year after school during which he launched a B2B magazine and really fell in love with the world of advertising. He then headed off to the AAA School of Advertising. His attraction to digital is the result of the boundless possibilities offered by the medium and by the ability to connect with anyone, anywhere in the world.
When he’s not hard at work at the QuirkStation, you can find him moonlighting as Captain Planet, updating his blog and supporting his little bro at South African kite surfing events. Turbo Dust also used to own a pet Springbok called Biltong (true story!) and can’t live without Wolfram Alpha, Design Don’t Panic and Soundcloud.
