When he was a child at school in Germany, Danny K (tee hee) dreamed of becoming a professional football player (we think that means soccer). This grand plan was put on the backburner when he enrolled at UCT in 2006 to study Media and Political Science.
When asked how he views his role at Quirk, Daniel answered “I’m on the inside!?". But those of us in the know realise that Daniel brings efficiency, dedication and more of an overall quality vibe to the Cape Town QuirkStation (but, truth be told, his real super power is the ability to slow time - how cool is that!).
Daniel loves his tropical fish, the movie Fight Club and Deviant Art and also notes FTPs as his Web favourites - but his greatest extravagance is his Sony Bravia - "I'll be broke forever," says he.
You can usually catch him in a comfy pair of board shorts and a t-shirt - very sensible, especially during those Cape Town summers.
