Senior Account Manager & Panda
Dishing up his own special mixture of dry and crazy humour, Crayg Hitzeroth joined Quirk Jozi as an Account Executive in February 2012. Although he idolised rugby legend Henry Honiball, Crayg ultimately followed in American Chef, Anthony Bourdain’s delicious footsteps. While the skills he learnt in chef school will undoubtedly prove invaluable in winning over the QuirkStars, Crayg felt it didn’t teach him enough about business and marketing. So, off he set to get his BCom Degree.
Crayg, who refuses to reveal the story behind his “Panda” nickname, loves the wealth of info and sense of community that the online life provides. He’s addicted Memeburn, Twitter and DesignTaxi but when he’s not online you’ll find him on the squash court. An ideal day off for Hitzeroth would start off with bacon and maple syrup covered French toast followed by an epic sports match and a braai with friends. When no one’s looking, Crayg indulges in his two guilty pleasures: Oreo McFlurry or Johnny Walker Black Label on the rocks. Cheers!
