Academic Coordinator & Barbie Girl
Abigail Mills, Abby, braAbbs, Abbey, Abattoir (!?) and of course, AbbyOMG, was welcomed into the Quirk Education team as an Education Apprentice in April 2011 before being promoted to an Academic Coordinator. Growing up, she idolised Barbie and dreamt of becoming a fashion designer… But things took a turn when her aunt suggested she enter the exciting world of marketing. The rest, as they say, is history!
AbStar put away her Barbies (and their trés fab outfits) and went on to study Marketing at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology before getting hands-on experience marketing online education courses full-time.
This down-to-earth girly-girl would spend her ideal day off shopping and relaxing with her girlfriends before finishing up with some yummy cocktails and a TV series marathon (We approve!!). She’s a high heels addict and can’t live without 2OceansVibe, Being Brazen and the almighty Facebook.
