Strategic Planner
Quirk is looking for a strategic planner with 3-5 years of digital experience to help develop and guide long-term digital strategies for our broad range of exciting clients. The role requires someone who understands the role of the brand, a wide variety of digital media and technologies, consumer behaviour and insight, and how to best combine the infinite variety of options into outcomes that are effective, memorable and measurable.

Responsibilities
Curator of insights
- Staying on top of consumer trends and how they may relate to each of Quirk's clients.
- Direct research teams in terms of looking at each project as a unique challenge, asking the right questions to get the insights to inspire ideas that rock.
- Design and present awesome looking research presentations that are original, insightful and entertaining.
- Translate brand tone, values and objectives into personas that consumers can relate to and build relationships with idea generation and implementation.
- Facilitate brainstorm sessions, document outcomes, add your magic, present final concept to relevant stakeholders and formulate roll-out plans.
- Create compelling and persuasive proposals.
- Oversee ideas from inception to implementation with an ongoing focus on campaign optimisation and results - providing recommendations to continually improve on campaign performance.
- Assist Client Service Team with briefing and specification writing process.
- Working directly with the implementation teams to maximise successful usage of all digital avenues in projects.
Relationships
- Work with clients in developing strategies and tactics that build real relationships between brand and consumer.
- Create CRM strategies that profile client customers and deliver relevant messaging to them at the right time.
Measurement and reporting
- Set KPIs and benchmarks for campaign delivery.
- Understand and translate various campaign media and analytics reports into meaningful and insightful findings with actionable outcomes.
Requirements
- A crazy passion for digital (beyond Social Media!).
- A genuine understanding of a wide range of digital technologies and Information Architecture.
- 3-5 years of digital experience.
- CRM savvy - profiling, personalisation, targeting, channels.
- Ability to apply insights and research learnings to strategy development.
- A proactive approach to problem solving - identifying and proposing tactical opportunities that are relevant to clients.
- Comfortable and confident presenting to larger audiences.
- An effective communicator, especially when it comes to complex ideas.
- Can do, self starter mentality that makes you driven to add value.
Reporting to
- Client Strategy Director.
Must have own transport.
