Junior Coder – Cape Town
The Cape Town QuirkStation is on the hunt for a Junior Coder to join our Creative Team. If you’re a coding machine with a good knowledge of HTML, then read on. If the thought of HTML and CSS makes you smile like a kid on Christmas morning, you’re keen to work in a highly creative atmosphere and you have some experience, a rocking digital portfolio and would like to work and learn from the best - apply now!
Requirements:
• A link to your digital portfolio is a must.
• A minimum of 1 year of HTML, CSS experience and a proven record of building standards compliant websites and applications.
• Proven agency experience.
• Experience in building mailing templates that work across all mail clients.
• Understanding of Web usability and accessibility standards.
• The ability to collaborate closely with designers to ensure artwork is coded accurately according to layout specified.
• A passion for front-end Web development and knowledge of the latest industry trends.
• Any relevant qualifications would certainly help to set you apart from the rest, although experience and a good portfolio would be the deal-clincher.
