Senior Designer
Quirk, preeminent Marketing Agency, is on the quest to find an exceptionally talented Senior Designer to join our growing creative department in Cape Town. We're looking for a creative thinker, an ideas person and we want you to wow us with your digital portfolio, design skills, innovative concepts and industry leading ideas. You will be given the scope and freedom to make the job your own and push your creative skills whilst leading the local and international brands that you work on. You'll get to work with a great crowd of designers, copywriters, developers, social media gurus and strategic brains in a dynamic and creative atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A link to your digital portfolio is a must.
- 5 years proven agency experience.
- Good understanding of Social Media, Web 2.0 and any other popular buzz words.
- Working knowledge of HTML and Web standards.
- Good understanding of Web usability and information architecture.
- Fabulous client facing skills.
- Stunning digital portfolio with strong conceptual abilities and ideas.
- In-depth experience with Flash.
- Awesome Photoshop skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design concepts and art direction for digital projects.
- Intelligently interpret and respond to internal and client briefs.
- Work collaboratively with developers and key team members.
- Keep up–to–date with emerging, relevant design trends.
