Requirements:

  • A link to your digital portfolio is a must.
  • In depth knowledge of flash design and development including AS 3.0 and as well as Papervision3D.
  • Designing and building rich media banners.
  • Experience in building Flash applications in Facebook.
  • Minimum of 3 years agency experience.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with Photoshop and the preparation of assets for Flash.
  • Working with the creative team to produce beautifully crafted work.
  • Ability to conceptualise and contribute innovative thinking to brainstorms.
  • Understanding of SEO best practice and integrating it with Flash.
  • In depth knowledge of web usability and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly with lateral thinking.
Personal Skills/Attributes:
  • Interest in HTML/CSS as well as latest design trends.
  • Ability to manage your work from start to completion.
