We're looking for some SERIOUS eMarketing smarts and experience! As well as extraordinary communication skills, on both the client and service side.

Our candidate must be a 'project-guru' who is well versed in the methodologies and tools of project management and can guide a project from infant to retainer without a hiccup.

The Role:

Job Title: Client Service
Accounts:
A mix of accounts covering travel and tourism, retail and others.
Objectives of the Role: Management and growth of your accounts.

Work Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience of managing Web based projects from brief to results evaluation.
  • Minimum of 3 years client service experience (preferably in an agency). 
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Effective and accurate financial management of projects.
  • Deliver high quality campaigns in line with agreed plans, including liaison with other departments.
  • Develop excellent relationships with client counterparts including effective and accurate reporting of all client contact and requests.
  • Add value to the client’s business by identifying opportunities to improve current practices, creative work, and campaign performance.
  • Identify new opportunities within the clients business thereby growing the business for Quirk.
  • Maintain the integrity of the creative strategy and work throughout the campaign.
  • Develop campaign case studies.
  • Business skills.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent understanding of online be it SEO, site development or advertising.
  • People management and extended team building.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Strong presentation skills – verbal and written.
  • Broad understanding of all communication disciplines.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Understanding of new technology and the application of it to the creative process.
Personal Profile:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and personal qualities:

Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Marketing qualification desirable.
Personal Characteristics:
  • Client focused specifically motivated by a desire to add value to a client.
  • Analytical with the ability to review campaign results, understand them and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Self starter – with the ability to take something through from start to completion.
  • Team player.
  • Prepared to work long hours.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Excellent creative understanding and ability communicate and manage creative effectively.
Must have own transport.
