The Down Low:
Job Title: Senior Account Manager.
QuirkStation: Cape Town.
Account Portfolio: A mix of consumer accounts.
Objectives of the Role: Jubilant clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Effective and accurate financial management of projects.
- Deliver high quality campaigns in line with agreed plans, including liaison with other departments.
- Develop excellent relationships with client counterparts including effective and accurate reporting of all client contact and requests.
- Add value to the client's business by identifying opportunities to improve current practices, creative work, and campaign performance.
- Identify new opportunities within the clients business thereby growing the business for Quirk.
- Develop campaign case studies.Maintain the integrity of the creative strategy and work throughout the campaign.
Business Skills:
- Ability to think strategically and commercially.
- Excellent understanding of online be it SEO, site development or advertising.
- People management and extended team building.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong presentation skills – verbal and written.
- Broad understanding of all communication disciplines.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly.
- Personal ProfileUnderstanding of new technology and the application of it to the creative process.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and personal qualities:
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level.
- Marketing qualification desirable.
Work Experience and Skills
- 3 years client service experience is a must. Candidates with previous experience managing Web-based projects from brief to results evaluation will make the top of the list.
Personal Characteristics:
- Client focused specifically motivated by a desire to add value to a client.
- Analytical with the ability to review campaign results, understand them and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Willingness to learn.Excellent creative understanding and ability to judge creative.
